Weekly Meal Plan November 10-14

It’s fall break in our school district so that means 5 glorious days off of school. Don’t get me wrong, I love the kids I teach and I love my job, but after having to pin 27 poppies on and then subsequently having to keep 27 kids from poking themselves with, playing with and losing said poppies I was ready for a break. And I am going to enjoy my break.

After I finish my report cards that is…sigh…

So, of course, while I am supposed to be finishing my report cards, I am busying looking up recipes of things that I shouldn’t be eating. Stay tuned to see what I make!

Here is what I am planning this week for supper:

I asked Andrew what he wanted to have for supper this week and ribs is what he asked for. Since I am off Monday this will be a great meal to make. (even though it is so easy it is great to make on a day when I am at work)

Slow Cooker Ribs

Soup is always a welcome meal as the weather starts to turn cold. We love this chicken noodle soup because it tastes great and is super easy to make.

This “Alfredo” sauce is another favorite. I feel like I can eat lots of it because it is way more healthy than regular Alfredo sauce…not sure if that is a good thing or not…

Cauliflower Alfredo Sauce

I like lasagna but rarely make it (only on lasagna cook-off nights really..) because it does take a lot of time. This skillet lasagna looks easy and tasty, so why not right?
