Weekly Meal Plan November 3-7

I stopped to treat myself to a coffee this week and saw this:



Before I met Andrew, I would not have understood this sign. But now…8 year later…I giggled a bit and thought it was so great I had to have a picture of it.

I found a few new meals to try this week which I am excited about. I am equally excited about some old favorites that I was reminded of.

  • Yeast
  • Pizza sauce
  • Pizza meat (whatever you like)
  • Pizza veggies (whatever you like)
  • Cheese
  • Carrots
  • Garlic
  • Red peppers
  • Yellow peppers
  • Onions
  • Spinach
  • 2 cans of black beans
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes
  • 1 can of refried beans
  • Paprika
  • Chili powder
  • Rice
  • Chicken breasts (club pack)
  • Curry powder
  • Coconut milk
  • Tomato paste
  • Ginger
  • Chicken broth
  • Salad stuff
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Panko bread crumbs
  • Brown sugar
  • Franks Red Hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)


I haven’t made pizza rolls in a while so I thought I would dust off this recipe and make them again. I bought salami, green peppers and mushrooms to put in ours, but you can add anything you like to yours.

My friend Lara made told me she was making black bean soup last weekend and I remembered how incredibly good this soup was! So naturally it had to put it on the meal plan this week.

Another slow cooker meal! I love coconut….so I am sure you can understand why I chose this.
