Here is a reminder of what you need to make these delicious sandwiches.
- Pork tenderloin
- buns or bread
- barbeque sauce
- 1 bottle or can of beer
This morning, I placed the thawed pork tenderloin in the slow cooker and poured a can of beer over top of it. I set it to cook on low for 10 hours.
I made coleslaw…don’t judge me
In the last 20 minutes, I take out the pork and shred it.
Then I dump out the remaining liquid in the crock-pot and place the pork back in. I add in barbeque sauce (as little or as much as you like), mix and let it warm through.
We like to make pulled pork paninis, but you can serve this any way you choose.
We had corn from the garden so I made that to round out the meal.
